ABOUTUS
URBÀNiKZ i.d.s. is a professional interior design firm established in January 2008 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The name is a play on the words urban design, urbanize, and interior design services. We provide professional interior design and furniture specification services for Educational Facilities (administration and clinician offices), Corporate, Commercial, Institutional, Hospitality and Multifamily Housing projects. We work with residential and commercial property managers, leasing agents and corporate clients in the preparation of lease-assist planning, detailed site measurements and creation of as-built plans and documentation.
URBÀNiKZ liaises with Registered Architects to provide professional interior design services for Educational Facilities, Child Care Facilities and Banking projects.
URBÀNiKZ also has a 32-year relationship with Francie Winograd of Winograd + Co., collaborating on larger interior design and architectural projects.
The loyalty of repeat clients is a testament to our ability to produce quality work on a timely and budget-conscious basis.
Project deadlines are second nature to designers. At URBÀNiKZ we are disciplined to adjust our workflow on a daily basis as differing client needs and schedules arise. There is a fine balance between prioritizing and juggling: the best-laid daily or weekly plan must be adaptable to various challenges which arise, to serve the best interests of all clients.
In addition to Winnipeg, we have worked on numerous projects across Southern and Western Manitoba, as well as BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan.

As Principal of URBÀNiKZ i.d.s., Bradley has been involved in the design and coordination of a wide variety of offices, educational facilities, housing projects (rental and condo), restaurants, and office/showrooms across Western Canada. Custom furniture design and furniture specifications have been provided to numerous projects including Northern Manitoba educational and training facilities. Bradley has 39 years of professional experience.
